At Poster, Cubic, Bar, Sign & More + LCD, we aim to ensure your digital signage and display solutions meet the highest standards of performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your electronics within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the LCD or signage hardware in its original factory packaging, including all power cables, mounting brackets, and remote controls.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit to our technical inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
